Wheat Grinder!

 We picked up this workhorse of a wheat grinder at a junk store last year for 10 bucks. We outfitted it with new stone burrs from Retsel and it works! All we’ve run through it so far is some hard red winter wheat from the pictured (very rusty) gallon can, but it seems to grind fairly fine on the first pass. When we’re ready we’ll put some more trustworthy grains in there, grind twice, sift once, and attempt to bake something!
